Hahaha that troll fest never had a "scoop". They leach content from actual sources. We've been the only site with an actual Prometheus 2 "scoop" so far. No offense to you Carrot, but that site deserves no recognition. It's very unreliable and extremely poorly run. I wouldn't rely on it for any accurate news.

IMDB actually posted that Danny Webb as Morse will be in Prometheus 2..... That makes Morse what, about 200 years old by the time of the events of Alien 3 happen??? I think someone got trolled, just sayin'...

Morse would [b]not[/b] need to be 200 years old. Shaw and David simply awaken from Hypersleep further in the future. After the events of Alien 3, meaning Weyland and Yutani have merged. DUH :)

I know who Morse was, I have watched the movie many times... I never said he died I said he would be very old by the time the events of Alien 3 unfolded. Also, in Aliens the hypersleep technology could only keep you safe 80 or so years, Ripely being the longest recorded and she almost dies, how could earlier tech keep Morse alive for twice that??

Shaw and David awaken during Morse's time period in their Engie hypersleep pods. Morse never hypersleeps. He's just involved with the COMPANY, since they take him at the end.

CarrotNaan, I'm sorry to inform you, but IMDB is the Wikipedia of movie news & info... They're trollin'. Not to mention, Morse's character could not offer anything to the Prometheus storyline. Remember, Prometheus is aiming to expand the franchise away from the original Alien Saga. One of the sequels will END with the beginning of Alien, but the rest will be taken off on a completely different tangent. Unless Fox and Ridley change their minds, which I doubt will happen. So... I'm gonna rule this "news" out as false.

In Aliens, When they wake Ripley up, they say she was VERY lucky not to have died because the hypersleep technology can't keep you alive that long as it is dangerous to be in hypersleep for extended periods of time. I never mention Morse killing anyone, that prison planet was for rapists with YY chromosomes, psychopaths. Everyone on the planet Fury 161 was a prisoner, specifically dangerous rapists, psychopaths. Ripely just happened to have landed there.

About extended hypersleep dangers, In Aliens someone (I think it's Burke) tells Ripley she was lucky she was found in time because most people don't survive past a certain fixed amount of years in Hypersleep.
