It's definitely Dr. E Shaw printed on those hanging dog tags. 

@Not Ryuuko keep in mind this is ten years after Prometheus. If that's Shaw, she died days before these events, if not hours.

I don't think that body is definitely Shaw. It very well could be, but I agree with Myrddin365, that it looks like that body was the result of something during the course of the film or days before it in the timeline. I mean, Shaw might die on screen in Covenant, but I don't really think that is her. Here come a couple of screen caps, POSSIBLE SPOILERS AHEAD

Yes the more I look at it the more I agree that it isn't her. There has been so much discussion about David experimenting on her that I just assumed it was. But that is still certainly David's lab. I'm interested to see more of that.

This movie seems to have everything I wanted, action, thought provoking conversation and different types of xenos running around.

I still hope some Engineers are alive.

Pretty rad looking. I like how muscular and mean the protomorph is. And how vicious and aggressive it move and behaves.
