Are Yutani Corporation Geisha Model Descendants (now Weyland-Yutani Corporation) manufacturing Walter?

MemberPraetorianMar-12-2017 8:51 AMThe DNA screening also reads that genetic abnormalities (or anything out of the bell curve window accepted) might forgo providing a Walter to that customer...another indication of DNA provided to construct the Walter model opposed to a titanium skull and 100% synthetic parts like the earlier David model.
This would lead to the conclusion that all Walter models are related to at least one human or all Walters are related to only one human. It would not be a stretch to then to speculate (thank you BigDave) a part of Peter Weyland (DNA) was in each of the Walter models.
Then maybe all Walter models are related not only in their synthetic components but also share an organic connection as well with a DNA contribution and a "consciousness imprint."
I'm not sure of what a consciousness imprint is either but that would explain the transfer of knowledge from one previous model of android to the next newer model if they have this capability with a human customer.
The David and Walter androids also appear wrapped differently (in similar plastic and with styrofoam spacer pads) with David in a plastic box (see below) with folding lid and Walter is woken up with a full head of hair and handed a drink.

MemberChestbursterMar-12-2017 9:05 AMI wonder if there will be a merge with Tyrell corp (which also manufactured synthetics)? Tyrell-Weyland-Yutani corp :)

MemberPraetorianMar-12-2017 9:19 AMThere are speculative links to the Blade Runner franchise fanned by the flame that Ridley Scott is producing both Alien: Covenant and Blade Runner 2049.
With this oversight, I can't imagine the technology not having consistencies in look and concept (think of the rover overall look in The Martian and the rover in Prometheus..and other examples).
The mentioning of DNA in the forfeiture of property rights in relation to the Walter synthetic disclaimer begs me to conclude that DNA was used to produce the Walter model for the customer and to integrate DNA with a "conscious imprint".
Both of these concepts are how Eldon Tyrell approached his product development with genetic engineering and introducing "memories" in the synthetic to cushion a personality.
