The Gamer shared some wonderful news for the Aliens fans of all ages. Ripley is back. No, not in a film yet, but those news are in the air too, just be patient a couple of years more.

"Three boxed sets are due for release in October, with Aliens: Another Glorious Day In The Corps as the entry point to the game. The box contents include; 4 double-sided game boards that represent Hadley's Hope, 23 plastic miniatures, tokens, dice, and cards. Of the 23 miniatures, Ripley and Newt are joined by 5 Marines and 16 Xenomorphs."

"Expansions set Aliens: Ultimate Badasses adds additional options for fighting the Xenomorphs. As the name suggests you get more badass characters, 6 in total including Burke. You also get rules, dice, and cards."

"The final set shares the name with the greatest quote from the movie, Aliens: Get Away From Her, You B***h!, and that is exactly how it spelled. It is a larger expansion than Aliens: Ultimate Badassesand contains 4 new double-sided game boards, rules, tokens, dice, and cards. The five new miniatures include a Xenomorph Queen, Bishop (in bad shape), and a Ripley controlled power loader."

"He survived, he’s now in Disneyland in Orlando, and no way am I going back there. How did he end up in Disneyland? I saw him in Disneyland, Jesus Christ!"

I wonder if they could do something like Atmosfear from 1995- the VHS interactive board game.

Wasn't it you Big Dave that said something like the more you show the Xeno in comics and so on the less threatening it becomes? This to me is a way to make the Xeno ridiculous, a let-down. Please sell it to another company that knows how to make it scary before they turn it into Goofy or another dumb princess.

Way to go Disney, fuck off. Duh!!

I think that as a Board Game then WHY NOT ;)

I dont think you have to Concentrate on ALIENS alone though.  With a Table Top Game they could Evolve the Xenomorph to give us Variants of it.

imagine the Scope with a Table Top/Board game based on Prometheus... by that going to Worlds where the Engineers have Horrors in Store.

I dont think seeing the Xenomorph in this FORMAT would do any more to reduce its Impact.  I think maybe with the Medium of Comics, Games and Board Games they could Experiment with some Evolution/Changes to the Beast and see how this goes down.

By that i mean you DONT have to stick to the Vanilla Flavor ;)
