What is the name of this movie? Anyone know?

I saw this movie on the Sci-fi channel (now called Syfy) many years back in the mid 2000's or so. I remember bits. For example, and this is going to get sexual, there was this brunette good looking woman who was either an alien or succubus or something straddling this old guy she picked up at some bar or something before she killed him, which they didn't show. I remember she was wearing a purple bra. The same woman killed an Asian man like that, but they didn't show it. She invited a young guy into her place to seduce him. That guy found the asian guy dead and ran away before she could kill him. Does anyone know this name of this movie? It is really bothering me.
