I've been watching this site for a while, and it's been a while since I posted anything. But I'm willing to assume, that with all the speculation and indepth scoping of the images that have been released, that we probably won't see anything else, until the movie actually comes out. I think that when they released the trailer, there were some who regreted showing us a second-long glimpse of the tall gray-blue soon-to-be-jockey, or whatever it is (personally I think it's Holloway mutated, or Shaw's rapidly grown son). That, in my opinion, was probably enough, to "close the door" to any other piece of evidence that might be released. At this point, the only other thing we're going to see, is if someone from the inside breaks protocol, and most likely, contract, and leaks it to the public. 104 days...........

I'm diabetic, so I don't really drink much at all...... Maybe I should start working out more..... I already do, but I have a problem with my hip that doesn't let me move around as well as I'd like.....

I don't think PG-13 means "cut to hell" unique and a lot more implied violence yes. Which could be a good thing. the length cutting thing honestly concerns me more then the rating. I think people put too much power in a simple rating. Lots of films from the 70's I still consider creepy as hell would be rated like "PG" now. And in Canada, R mean NO ONE UNDER 18 gets in. Parent or not. So a lot of stuff gets pressured in an AA rating here. AvP:R was rated "R". That did NOTHING to improve it as a movie and honestly, a lot of the "R" rated scenes should have been left on the floor. Honestly, I get the rating fear. Teenagers are the market for movies now. Hell even when I waes a kid they were the market. I used to go see a ton of movies when I was a kid. I turned 19 and pretty much stopped going to movies as more interesting things opened up [and I always seem to be working will at last 9pm so getting to a movie where I live is impossible].

I don't think the Engineers are gonna just leave a single here's waldo location on a planet I am sure they will visit a few places during the search for our creators. So LV-426 could be in that chain somewhere but not the actual final destination. Snorkler, I think we have more than one destination. Its kind of like treasure hunting follow the clues. Kangy, I fixed your link reference. I'm looking at that photo and I'm looking at the helmet and all I see is her spacesuit. I see Ridley is using some of Cameron's back lighting on this shot so you don't get a front lighting reflection off the glass on the helmet. Regards, Rick

Yes, I plan to implement an online tracking function. I also like the idea of an indicator in posts whether a member is online or not. I might add a green button, or a green border around their profile pic, or something of that nature. @Spart, yes. There's a lot to SEO and keywords is everything. Over use however is viewed as spam to SE's. So, you can't just fill a page with the word "PROMETHEUS" over and over. Epicgames forums has a feature were a small circle is displayed alongside a users name - if it glows green they are online and logged in, if it is empty they are not. A simple but effective way of showing who is and who isn't online. might be worth implementing something similar.

@ Invaderzim42 - there are various filmmaking techniques than can be used to make background objects appear closer or further away than they actually. These techniques can be done in camera and all rely on the position/movement of the camera, the zoom and the focus. Although any of these could have been used for the shot in question when the garage doors open there is one simple thing that has to be taken into account, the size of the temple. Because this the only shot in which we can see it externally, and because we have no means by which to accurately compare it we simply do not know how big this temple is, for all we know this structure could be frickin huge. Either that or Ridley has utilised one of the techniques referred to at the start of my post. Remember to keep an open mind, and not to get bogged down in certainties of the uncertain.

I'm free =)) @alteredstate, I got a drive-in not too far. Unless you like your movies faded, and if your cars speakers are not in tip top shape, its better paying the difference and snuggling up at the closer cinema with sharper projection, Dolby Digital (or something similar) and truly getting the best out of the movie. One thing about the drive-in though, you might a quick fright from one of crack heads popping around begging for change. =|

Just look at the restrictions of PG-13 vs. R and I think you'll have your answer on Fox's reasoning. R - under 17 restricted unless accompanied by a parent PG-13 - anyone 13+ does not need a parent to enter How many kids over 12 want to be seen hanging out with their uncool parents? :-) So, more butts in the seats. I just hope Fox doesn't do what it did with Kingdom of Heaven and make Scott cut out parts of the film to shorten it and get more screenings per day in a hope to make more money. Give me Scott's "director's cut" of 'Prometheus' out of the gate, regardless of running time or rating consideration.
