It will be Interesting to see the TIME-LINE of this Movie and IF it is Connected to the Upcoming TV Series. Not a LOT is known at Present but its LIKELY to Feature the Xenomorph more than in the Prequels.

We can ONLY go and Guess as to the Direction of this Movie but it seems Ridley Scott will be Connected with it and so WHO KNOWS what this will Bring. Will it be Connected to the Prequels or the Original Movies or the TV Series we just cant be SURE...

Perhaps the ONLY real Connecting Tissue will be the Xenomorph itself.

I am Concerned that UNDER the Ownership of DISNEY what we will get is like a Multi-verse... so that Each Part of the Franchise will be its OWN take on the Xenomorph and so its HISTORY will be Different with each Incarnation.

So it would be like the Christopher Nolan Batman movies vs the Tim Burton ones, where the ONLY like Connection is the Character.... Mainly Batman.

As Xenotaris has said... i think Thoughts_Dreams that the TV Series will Focus on Elements that we saw in Blade Runner.  It seemed that RS Plan was to Explore more about A.I but in a way that gets us to look that A.I in his Opinion does-not mean ROBOTS as per say.  He saw the Replicants as A.I and i am sure he would have indicated the Engineers in Prometheus are A.I as in terms of Engineer versions of Replicants.... it would have been likely that David would have Created his OWN like META-HUMANS too...

Noahs TV Series seems to be looking at Similar, as in Artificially Engineered Humanoids, but it will also BRING IN the Xenomorph which will then get a LOT of Focus... we can only WAIT and see what it brings.

I know its been a LONG WAIT with NOT a LOT for us to SINK our Teeth into in Regards to the Franchise, Especially with any MOVIE or TV SERIES. This is due to a Number of Factors which include the Disappointment of Alien Covenant both Box Office but also Critically, the Disney Take Over and COVID.

We did have in the works a TV Series and a Movie but all had been Quite on the Later. It seems that Production/Filming on both Projects will take place Next Year which means that 2024 could see the Release of the TV Series and Movie for us to SINK our Teeth into..... its a Question of are these going to CONNECT to each other?

In the Meantime we do have things related to ALIEN that we can Watch, Read and Play not Forgetting the Role Playing Board Game etc.

Prepare to be disappointed with this TV show, the main character might be a Cyborg: a Human-Synthetic(Android) hybrid 

I like that it'll be new characters in the TV-show by Noah Hawley. As long as they are well-written I'm all for it. Hopefully it will be worth the wait, it's good that they don't rush it.

As far as Ridley goes as producer, I hope that he won't be able to affect the story, so we'll get another android screw-up. Hopefully he'll have a hand in it looking good.

Brilliant? That's to exaggerate, I think. There are both good and bad things in them. Considering the good and really bad, I got to give them both a 2 out of 5. Honestly, there are things that can be taken from there, like the Engineers and the black goo. Unfortunately, there is too much bad there, so maybe it's for the best to leave them for dead.

I really hope that they will dress her up in similar way to Devs, meaning androginous to piss-off the anti-SJW crowd.

Please get the human characters right, and no focus on androids. As long as they do this, I guess that it’ll be alright. To give us something about the Engineers in some way would be nice.

 Agreed that Aliens is vastly inferior to Alien and made the resulting franchise much less interesting than it could have been and reduces the Xenomorphs to mere, if marvelous, animals.

Its look that oldest write of Engineers on sacryfical cup can be oldest, in the temple is newest write and on ampules with goo write is different that's Engineers and looks like other species. Maybe ampules with goo was steal from other aliens, Engineers can not use this with safe atentions and it kill them, or was lost trap for them like this room with ampules, when open door atmosphere was changed and ampules with goo will get ready to attack with goo.

well we need to finish David's story arc somehow also the introduction of a new (or at the very least a movie canon version of an expanded universe caste) xenomorph caste

you saw in alien ressurection hybrids of Ripley and numbers Ripley 1-7 and one of these hybrids was similar to Neomorph from the Covenant this creature with teeth. they were in the room and Riplej later burns them. this is similar to the Babylonian epic Enuma Elish where the Anunaki gods try to create man 7 times and they are born imperfect humans. the goddesses of the womb were after 7 as here.

from the very beginning, when I first saw the Covenant, when David spews out the embryos of the facial hugs, I thought David was their father, he gave birth to them in his biomechanical body. and now these facehuggers may give birth to a biomechanical version of the xenomorph.

I've been waiting for it since 2014, and it's finally here.

The game has received a mixed reception, I was worried that it would end up like Agony (2018). But for what the game is, I think it's pretty good.

Also, I need to get the art book.

I like it, especially the one in the middle that remind me of the Space-Jockey with the tubes or whatever it's supposed to be. Yeah Chris, if they ever have a movie with the alien home world it should at least contain pieces like that.
