The new images have induced a new round of SJ speculation for me. I want to get your opinions on this theory which will be my final draft on the SJ until the movie is released... Or until we get more picture (whichever comes first) lol
The Giant Blue humanoid is not the SJ and does not wear the SJ suit. He is the GOD/creator being.
The Space Jockey's are his servants and/or slaves. The creature that wears the suit is actually VERY small. Possibly a proto chest burster that does not burst, but is happy and content to live in the suit. Some sort of symbiotic relationship.
So..
1) Suits are created or possibly grown.
2) Proto face hugger attaches to suit and lays an embryo.
3) Embryo matures and integrates with the suit. Does not BURST by default.
4) Big Blue humanoid controls the SJ to do his bidding.
5) Suits may come in many different sizes and shapes depending on function.
-Big suite for flying ship.
-Smaller suits seen in new images for performing normal task around the ship.
Side note.
In order for the SJ to perform task it must have some level of intelligence. I'm not sure if it's as simple as the Engineer being able to program them, or the embryo/suit combination developing intelligence. It's possible the proto hugger/burster are sentient beings.
Possible ALIEN tie-in.
Maybe the embryo can BURST if it detects the suit is dieing? Since the suit is biomechanical, the organic portion might be living tissue. The suit can literally die. The symbiote detects the suit is dieing and BURST to get out. At that point it's able to grown full size into it's native state.

as big as the blue guy is, he is still too small to fit in the suit/seat a la Alien.
And jeffo I think this new image might actually reverse the logic, that the blue guy is the servant and the SL's are the gods

1. That nostromo figure is further away, perspective wise than the blue man.
2. The blue man needs to be raised, because his knees are level with the platform.
3. The blue mans build and posture do not match the suit (compare against new picture) - shoulders, neck, length of arms.
4. Blue guys eyes dont match eyeholes in SJ mask, and then theres mouth shown in the mask.
5. Most important this one. We dont see the blue guy sit in the chair and put the suit on, nowhere. This guy could be anything and there could be many reasons why this guy is in the room.

if prometheus does not have big yellow slugs flying 3 wheeled cars on a planet made of waffles, which i can 1000% prove its does then I will blow up jupiter with a whoopee cushion.
