Battered woman... no reaction?

I know this is a very short clip (at most, 1 second), but I've always felt like the 3 people who are in the med lab (David, wheelchair guy, don't know who the other guy is) are not reacting to the battered woman (Rapace?) collapsing in front of them. It's almost as if they were expecting her in this state. Again, it could be me as this is a short clip, but if you use Quick Time in 1080p and go frame by frame (~10 frames), you see no reaction/movement from the 3 people. Plus, the woman is several feet within the room and if the door was closed before she entered, their gaze would more likely be directed at the door to see who is entering. What are your thoughts?
