are the jockeys and the xenomorphs the only aliens in the alien universe

The AvP's were simply Predator Movies. With the humans and Xenos taking a co-starring role to help the Predator storyline thats about the extent of it. The Predator Genre needed a boost and there hadn't been a sequel in a LOOOONG Time. On a funny note, being that Fox owns both franchises lets just see Skynet take over the world while Weyland and Yutani corps are deep space businesses that left during Rise of the Machines. Then we have Terminators vs Predator vs Xeno vs Humans vs Space Jockeys and John Connor is really an android.

for all people that include the Predators into the alien universe the answer would be yes. remember predator 2 with his skull collection as well as the xenomorph skull there was few other weird alien heads. but as for other aliens in the alien universe there maybe could be other alien lifeforms but nothing as deadly as a xenomorph

The Sulaco briefing makes it clear that the USCM have dealt with alien species before, but probably more along the line of 'pest control'. Of course, I also suspect they have strange tales of soldiers being found skinned, with their skulls missing....
