28 minutes to get eaten - that's one hell of a main course! Concerning Kate Dickie, "there's something else I'd rather be eating, but right now she'll do."

I can't believe that someone dies in the first 28 minutes of a movie that lasted approximately 3 hours... unless of course, that there is something more scary and sinister that being eaten by a monster... in that case this premature death will only be an appetizer.

Although it most likely that the scene of an apparent birth from the womb of Elizabeth Shaw will be one of the highlights... on the other hand is more than sure that Prometheus saves several surprises in the hole...

IMHO, I remember when Steven Segal was killed off in the first action part of "Executive Decision" and he was listed as one of the main characters in the movie trailer for the theaters. OK, wrong movie category, but I guess the early demise of a main character does drive the movie forward (in the directors eye). Maybe it gets them (The character) out of the picture (metaphorically) when the character no longer needs to be there and gets in the way of the storyline of the more major character(s)?

that thing is got from a totally derivative article posted in a scottish tabloid ...that was merely done speculating on internet rumors , it was NOT a real interview with Dickie . It have even the wrong name of her character . That happen when people continue to refrain fake news as true .They even mislead ( poor ) journalists .

Who said it was in the first 28 minutes of the movie? She didn't say that, she said she was only in the movie for 28 minutes. Maybe her character doesnt' even appear in the movie till halfway thru, maybe the whole thing is bulls**t, who knows?

I go with the '28 mins in total' theory. She may have 28 mins of screentime.
