Surely it's official; the ToS and Privacy Policy links are tied to Fox Film Entertainment.

Up to the right of the page you can see the "offline" flickering....so, there will be more to come....this is starting off pretty damn good.

Interesting: If you watch the source-code of the weylandindustries-site, you can see there is a line with: "CONSIDER INVESTING IN HIS VISION" This isnt shown in the visible site however. My guess is that this line will be shown (as a link?) when they talk more about the promised investment opportunities on weylandindustries-site.
