We know the sexy underwear girl with the veins gives birth to some sort of pre-facehugger progenitor in the long, phallic med-lab tube as she writhes in convulsing agony. I have a wild theory... What if she is the one who winds up strapped to the Jockey's chair, having finally turned to the dark side from the genetic mutations of her impregnation, and attempts to pilot the derelict ship out of orbit toward earth...picking up the SJ's original mission as a carrier of "cleansing Bio-weapons". She's/the derelict ship's knocked down by Prometheus, and while trying to get out of the chair to do more badness, she's impregnated again by the first Xeno from an ampule. This creates a weight imbalance with the bio suits the Jockey wear in the chair, and causes a malfunction which won't allow her to be released. They leave her trapped to the chair, disgusted with her turning of sides, and abandon her to her fate in the lonely anti chamber...waiting to burst. Which leads to Alien.
