Prometheus prescreening at Montevideo Comics 2012?

It looks like Twentieth Century Fox is stretching its Prometheus advertising campaign in to the Latin American region. Uruguay's largest comics and animation convention, Montevideo Comics, tweeted to their followers today that they will have a special surprise at their convention this year. It looks like Prometheus director Ridley Scott and writer Damon Lindelof will make an appearance... and there will be merchandise too... The question is, will they be giving a full preview of Prometheus to the lucky attendees? I wouldn't be surprised... "Montevideo Comics and 20th Century Fox bring you a surprise: Prometheus, Ridley Scott and Damon Lindelof!On 19 and 20 May, the Convention, participate for entry tickets and merchandising. Get ready to discover the secrets of this film." The convention, which could be better described as South America's answer to ComicCon, takes place May 19th-20th at the Cultural Plaza Complex (Complejo Cultural Plaza) in Montevideo, Uruguay. Hello there: My name is Matías Castro and I´m one of the producers of Montevideo Comics. I want to correct a few things in this post. Yes, is true that Montevideo Comics 10th Anniversary (may 19th and 20th) will include official features of Prometheus: we will screen the trailers, some videos and we are going to draw a lot of official stuff. [b]We won´t sell tickets of the movie and we wont screen the movie[/b]. We are as anxious as any fan to finally see this movie. Thanks a lot for your comments about the size and importance of Montevideo Comics. I hope we all enjoy this event.
