MemberOvomorphApr-03-2012 9:29 PMA movie with the potential this one has, comes along so very rarely........I think it's pretty understandable that a lot of us are off-the-plank, geeked out over it.

MemberOvomorphApr-03-2012 10:49 PMI just spent a week at the Detroit VA Hospital's inpatient psychiatric ward (no joke)...after what I'd seen, PPS is a pleasant change.

MemberOvomorphApr-03-2012 11:07 PM@derezz Nice to see some younger people looking forward to Prometheus and not just us old geezers that were around when Alien came out. Gives me hope. And I too have PPS.

MemberOvomorphApr-04-2012 12:05 AMIt is possible we all are lost to our Promethean addiction.....and, in all likelihood, probable....so, that said, I passed the metaphorical pipe to my friend this evening as I screened 'A L I E N' for him to explain my life consuming obsession with 'Prometheus'.......HE'S NEVER SEEN 'A L I E N' BEFORE.......and he liked it....... I don't think he'll be drinkin' the kool-aid with the rest of us anytime soon, but he'll see 'Prometheus' I think.....my job is done..

MemberOvomorphApr-04-2012 2:13 AMOur luv for Alien/Prometheus maybe is what brought us together but we're all cool people, each and everyone of us and that is what makes this page so addictive.
"This feeling.... keep it alive man" -he says dramatically

MemberOvomorphApr-04-2012 5:03 AMFirst, Alien has always been one of my all time favorite movies. Second, I've always been very interested in the ancient astronaut theory. There's no bigger idea, IMO, than the pursuit and potential discovery of our creators. Now, put those two together, and you have my ideal dream movie. It would be absolutely impossible for me not to geek out over this film.
