As we all know, this is what we see Elizabeth Shaw (Noomi Rapace) struggling on in the Prometheus trailer with some kind of Alien creature being held suspended over her head. If this is Apple designed, expect them to screw you with a 720p later on in the year, with 1/3 more capabilities.

Like the other movies, something or someone has to get "alien samples". The med capsule is basically a birthing chamber or maybe an impregnation chamber that the company had designed to bring back "alien samples" (live specimens). If the whole ship couldn't be the chamber then at least the med capsule can be one. Containment is first priority.

Ummmm, None of these are Ridley Scott movies: Aliens (1986) Predator 2 (1990) Alien³ (1992) Alien: Resurrection (1997) AVP: Alien vs. Predator (2004) AVP: Alien vs. Predator (2004) AVPR: Aliens vs Predator - Requiem (2007) AVPR: Aliens vs Predator - Requiem (2007) Predators (2010) They are, however, Fox movies. : )

This thing does remind me of the Pod used on Kane When he had the FaceHugger on him in alien. Maybe this is a precursor to that pod?
