Peter Weyland there 1st?

I know this Has been bandied about a bit, and a few of you have posted some really good close ups of the old man in the wheel chair who obviously appears to be Weyland. The thing that grabs me for validation that Weyland was there first, is the fact that the old man is there and the smaller supposed S/J who appears to be attempting to be grabbing Shaw in the passageway is the size of a human (that we know). So, did Weyland get there first and figure out how to "become" a S/J by befriending them, and lure the prometheus crew there to give back to the engineers in a deal he brokered to gain what he was looking for? (the jockey getting into the chair in the trailer is obviously smaller, i.e. it's head doesn't reach the headrest and its arms are smaller. is it Weyland?? ) ----Any thoughts?.....
