You also did not mention David the Android in your list.....Or do you not consider it a crew member even though it can perform duties as well as many of them can?

In the cast there were almost 3 actors described as "mercenaries" ( mercenary 1 , mercenary 2 and mercenary 4 ...so i suppose there is a mercenary 3 somewhere .. ) plus there were other 2 described as "mechanics" weyland is not sure comprised in the 17 even if hes a secret passenger .

I agree with Frantz, if Weyland is travelling with them, he's probably not counted as one of the 17 crew members. Because, if I'm right in that 12 min footage there is a video from Weyland where he says something like "I'm dead by now". So, if he's in there, they probably don't know anything about it (except Vickers, maybe?) I didn't see the footage, I just remember reading about it somewhere. And those crew members we don't know could be red shirts as well, or surprises.

Well, one thing we do know is that in those pics of the OLD Weyland we have talked about in other threads, he is surrounded by at least 4 gun toting men... and by the way they have positioned themselves around Weyland, there are PROFESSIONAL security detail. I dont recognize them as being the other members of the "main crew", which would not make sense anyway.. The main crew are scientists and tech's. The 4 guys surrounding Weyland look exactly like Presidents Secret Service detail reacting to a threat... I dont imagine that the "regular" crew is versed in any form of professional military/security cover formations. So the next question is... Were these 5 on the Prometheus to begin with, or ANOTHER VESSEL !?
