Has it been theorized that PW may have discovered something under the polar ice cap that may have helped him to create the companies new science and technology. This is where Meteorite ALH84001 was found in 1996. [i]2015: Using a precursor to the atmospheric processor of his own invention, Peter Weyland is able to generate a localized synthetic atmosphere above the polar ice cap, effectively ending global warming. [/i] Your Thoughts??

Sounds like AVP, although blue ice = blue frozen man waking up? History and Collection -- Japanese scientists first discovered concentrations of meteorites in the Antarctic in 1969. The meteorites, most of which have fallen to Earth during the past million years, have been preserved in ice and concentrated in areas characterized by stagnant, snow-free "blue ice." http://rsd.gsfc.nasa.gov/marslife/meteorit.htm Who knows

Yes, of course! Your theory makes perfect sense. Clearly Mister Weyland melted the polar ice caps and found an old lamp which he started rubbing and a genie came out and started feeding him ideas for building crying robots. You figured out the plot! Congrats!
