In the new featurette it shows what looks to be Shaw falling down and then we definitely see her on the ground but we also see Vickers running along side of her. My conclusion is that I think Vickers doesn't make it and gets a horrifying end by being rolled on by the rolling derelict. Now in all reality, if I saw that ship rolling towards me I would run north or south of it to avoid it at all cost. It would be common sense to do that instead of trying to outrun it in it's present path. Watch at 1:28 http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=JXXD34mxGM0

hum can be but it will be a bit ridicolous to see ... Charlize theron squashed by a rolling derelict is more from a comic strip than a sci fi movie ...but who knows !!

ok, this is basic prey instinct so if any creature (human or not) doesn't use this tactic they invite their own death... SERPENTINE! you always serpentine, wtf people! it is a time honored tactic used by land and aquatic creatures since the beginning of time itself. if you cant tell what direction something or someone dangerous is coming at you, you always serpentine to increase your chance of diversion and escape. get it together!

Or you could, I dunno, run perpendicular to the angle of the falling object? It does seem very Wile E. Coyote-ish.

because you know all of the alien planets gravity, wind directions, an who knows what other foreign elemental conditions are contorting that single instance? one of my hobbies involves a bow and an arrow and lets just say ive never had one days weather identical to another. no one can predict nature perfectly even on our own planet so why would they know were the ship would fall due to the elemental shifts that may help direct it? jordan says your reply is IRRELEVANT! It's a movie rule - you cannot just step aside and let the danger pass - you HAVE TO try and out run it and get squirshed!!
