A New Direction?

There's an awful lot of time between the first and second film's stories. You could fill it in with alot of interesting stuff. I've always been a fan of seeing a film made from totally the ALIEN's perspective. Perhaps following a single baby through it's abreviatted lifecycle and seeing the humans and/or SJ's and/or "others" as the true "alien" influence.

Ridley has said in interviews that he likes the 3 Alien films that came after, he would never destroy that lineage. Ridley does not regard Alien v Predator because it had no respect for his 1st film. Bishop Weyland was invented by the AVP comic series not any of the films after Alien. None of the films after Alien damage Ridleys vision, Aliens only adds a queen, Alien 3 adds a Alien that contains dog dna and kills nute and hicks, Alien resurection jokingly refers to weyland-yutani being owned by wal-mart and is more about cloning than anything else. People need to realise that prometheus is not a true prequal its just in the same universe, that ship on Alien Ridley has said was parked there, he specifically states in interviews it has parked there but the ship in prometheus is crashed out of the sky and damaged, it probably isnt the same ship but another ship like the one thats parked on the planet form Alien. The xenemorph comes from inside a human after a facehugger has planted it in a human and that facehugger comes from an egg that comes from a queen that laid those eggs. the alien beings in prometheus go back before all of that, The queen is the product of something entirely different whatever is in prometheus is the origin of that queen but is not that queen. If anything Ridley will fill in the gap of 37 years from after prometheus until the nostromo team in Alien 1 or he will go back further and answer the questions that prometheus will leave which will be where do the space jocky come from who is above them. It is all about greek mytholgy done in sci-fi, Prometheus was punished for stealing fire and giving it to man (The Ship/Peter Weyland) Zues the head of all gods then ordered Hephaestus the god of fire who is the son of zeus to punish prometheus, the space jocky are obviously Hephaestus in the tale but who is above them? who is zues there origin, that will be the new question that prometheus will leave, prometheus will answer the question who is the guy in the chair but it will leave where does that guy and who does he come from.

There is a lot of very good ideas and plots to last forever but one of the main attractions for me is the mysterious history behind everything.The unknown is far more intimidating than known

I agree with Dolfinesque. The next story should expand on the origins of the Space jockey. Check out my thread "Your own story" for my take on it

There are some interestind idea threads here. Why not check out some of my threads I started about 'P R O T E U S' , and/or 'F E T U S' and finally 'C R O N O S'. I have raised some similar ideas as you folks have. It would be nice to see if you would mind reading them as well!

Some have criticized and riddiculed some of my idea threads but you seem a little more reasonable upon here so far...
