And patience remains a virtue indeed, mostly when you live in a country where Prometheus will be released in August!!! (Sigh..) I was always dreaming of a movie which will explain the origins of both Alien and "Space Jockey"'s species. It seems Sir Ridley Scott will fullfilled my dream (shared by many people there and abroad!) After seeing the trailers and the comments made by R.Scott during his latest presentation in Paris I'm more impatient but afraid to be deceived by this upcoming movie. I do hope that I'm mistaken, but I'm fearing some pompous monologues about humanity's origin and less breathtaking action.... Let us believe that Prometheus will be the astounding movie we are all waiting to see! Greetings to all members!

ncc1701 Finally.....someone with a potentially worse problem than me....maybe tell her you're taking her to see Prometheus, a Greek love story about a girl and a boy from Canada who meet each other on a beach in Iceland in December, their love shattering the winter's haze like a shot on goal in double overtime.

NO I dont thing so ,,,,she work in a pharmacy and her boss is a sci geek ,and l`ve been filling him in ,,so hes all pumped ,,,i tried to get her to watch Alien a month ago ,,what a waste

Do any of you guys have information about Indonesia's release date and rating? I've got a few friends there (love the country to bits myself) but hardly anyone down there has got a clue, let alone knowing about Prometheus in the first place! How is that possible? Did a long search myself, without success... I assume it'll be around the international release on June, the 7th or 8th? It's a fairly big country with a fast growing economy. I asked my peeps down there, who blog a lot and surf the net - nothing. No promotions, no articles, 2D/3D cinema's not listing it, just as if didn't even exist! Dates are all set for Australia, Philippines, Singapore, Thailand, Vietnam and Japan, neatly surrounding Indonesia. Anyone?
