Joss Whedon & The Avengers

Haven't seen yet but really want to. I think it'll be one of only three times I go to the movies this year besides of course Prometheus, and The Dark Knight Rises. But I'm seeing Prometheus first :-D Avengers should still be playing somewhere.

Just Got back From the IMAX Midnight premier! SOOOO GOOD. I almost wanted to try punch holes in it but just could not!!! It is truly awesome. Mark Ruffalo is also a great addition to the Marvel Universe! Signed on for at least 4 more Marvel Films! As always though they revealed a HUGE element for Avengers 2 after about 1/3 of the credits. And then another GREAT and HILARIOUS scene after ALL of the credit have rolled ( I won't ruin either). P.S. Seeing the full length PROMETHEUS trailer on the IMax Screen was definitley a huge perk. went from 6 to 12 quick seeing it on that screen.

Just came back from seeing "The Avengers." Absolutely magnificent movie, in all respects (and no WAY does it feel as long as its running time). It's so hard for me to equate the Joss Whedon who was behind "The Avengers" with the same guy who was behind "Alien: Resurrection." The two movies - style and substance apart - aren't even in the same LEAGUE. And yes, the very very last scene (after ALL the credits are done) was freakin' hysterical, even without a single word of dialogue. Good times, good times. [b]Highly[/b][u][/u] recommended!

and although I will see it, IMO it is not even in the same Sport as Prometheus!
