Where is Weyland hiding on the ship?

the coming
MemberOvomorphMay 07, 20121420 Views19 RepliesI thought this was a creepy idea after hearing about the 'spoiler'...How does Weyland even get there (we pretty much know this for certain)
Does he hide aboard the Prometheus in a secret room? Or do they just tailgate the Prometheus in another ship, which arrives maybe a day later

I suspect in Vicker's quarters.
Ridley Scott will eventually tell us how the Queen was born.
Right now we have the Deacon; coming soon the Mercury, the May and the Taylor.

That would indeed be very creepy... imagine an old man hiding around on the ship and whatches you from a corner in the dark while you are asleep. Would probably axe him down (with one of the axen they have aboard the ship) if I suddenly woke up one night.

Its most likely a hidden compartment completely stricken from the Layout and blueprints, so even Janek doesnt know.

I can imagine Fifield griping about one of the bathrooms apparently out of order on such a top of the line vessel!

So lindelof had the idea to make an old guy around 90 hiding everywhere ... under the table while Halloway make breakfast ... behind a curtain while Shaw make a shower .... under the bed while janek sleep ...and of course he have to use bathrooms while the others dont see ... great !!! :S

LOL.
Perhaps in another Space Ship altogether or in stassis inside the Prometheus.

This topics been discussed to death...but here's a thought...why is Weyland hiding in the first place, why is that important to the narrative? Surely easier just to write him in as part of the crew no?

JP:
I agree. Unless the dude from LOST just wants to had an emocional sub-plot to the thing.

Wait a minute, how do we know that Weyland even gets to the planet? I'm fairly certain that Pearce said his role was very small and was only on set for about a month and didn't even get to see a lot of the talent and creature effects? Everyone has been saying for months that Weyland goes to the planet, but I haven't seen a shred of proof. If anyone could explain to me the evidence, I'd really appreciate it lol
