To me thats a human gettin on his horse. The SJ's running were very upright and just werent shaped like that...and the head on the solo guy looks like a glass bubble. I mentioned this in the thread below, and they are similar (so lock if you must, you seem to do that at will anyhow), but I think this is very much worth a debate, has been right under our noses, and could lead to some interesting speculation.

What if the guy in the second image is also a SJ and we don't have much footage to verify differences/similarities?

Ridley Scott will eventually tell us how the Queen was born. Right now we have the Deacon; coming soon the Mercury, the May and the Taylor.

"if these holograms are in fact logs stumbled across by David and friends, that there was, and maybe still is, a human on the planet, and had already had an incident" if the holograms are a LOG, than its a record of something that already happened. thats what we've theorized the presence of the holograms to be (majority anyhow). the "where were they going" when you see them running suggests it.

Yep...a hologram log of sorts....and yep again on people, lots of people...humans taken there willingly, treated with benevolence...many ages lived there in a lush world..when the Baldies appeared to die, many structures were built around the high tech artifacts left behind...probably explained by the writings David is reading.

I'm open to speculation. It is possible there might have been a diferent expedition to the planet [great for a hidden plot within the plot].

maybe its not a hologram at all, or a made up log, maybe its technology we kow nothing about, like how he gets around the ship so fast? no one knows.

Logic says its a SJ, probably from the same shot as they run past David .....look at the size of them compared to the tunnel

@NoxWord... clearly we dont have "much" footage. what "do" you see? something running by itself, that in no way, other than being a hologram, looks like the images of the SJ's. at least i dont see any similarities. are you saying it "does" look like a SJ, or just asking me why i think it doesnt? i mentioned it in the other thread, but i cant capture it, but it looks reminiscent of the shot from Davids POV of crew members running in front of him. im speculating. tell me where im wrong and ill listen.

@Windood...clearly we wont figure out whats behind this movie till we see it, but we're going to speculate, thats just how it is man. @JP...logic says everything but that to me. theres three of them in the other shot, there running rigid while this guy is leaning into it like a person would who's really digging deep, and they dont seem the same size to me.

Pretty sure it's one of the blue guys. Same build, bare hands, I can make out some of the costume details. People adopt different running alignment depending on their purpose, emotional state. Someone scrambling to get the hell out of some bad situation doesn't run like they would if they were just tyring to get some where on time. The guys in the SJ suits look they are wearing baggier suits than the form fitting outfit of the other guy, but that could just be because of the low image resolution. Not a human, unless someone on a previous crew was a bodybuilder.

man, i'm all alone on this huh. take a look at the shot of Shaw (at least thats what I assume) standing in front of the Juggernaut as its standing upright either taking off or crashing (if its crashing she's being awfully calm). the build of the suit is very similar...46 seconds in. and i should have worded my hypothesis differently...it looks like one of the suits like the crew of the Prometheus is wearing. i see no similarities to the SJ in that hologram. SJ's looking gangily with longer heads/helmets. this guys stockier with a bubble shaped head/helmet.

Could it be a holo log from the Prometheus crew itself if they take multiple trips into the temple? We could be seeing 2 different play backs from 2 very different times.

@CantSpace...that we could. im considering the more simple circumstance of a complicated situation. the point im trying to make is that it appears to me to be a human, or at least one of the suits similar to what the crew of the promo wears.

if the suit is the same/similar as the one from the Prometheus then: 1. Somebody got there before with an unknown Heliades ship that was secretly funded by Weyland alone (it seems that there are no other ships, apart from the Heliades, capable of FTL speed) 2. It's a temporal loop (god forbid!) 3. David discovers the holo-camera and tries some shots for fun

personally i'm not on here for who's right and who's wrong (and i'm not suggesting anyone else is either). I joined to get a few extra bits of info and to figure out what was going on in the youtube trailers. But eventually found i actually enjoyed the banter with the misfits, vagabonds and ne'er do wells that comprise this forum. I'll be happy as larry if everyones wrong and we see a totally different context to all that are speculated so far. Unlikely, but that would be a perfect win. The only thing i wondered about in the running image was why bits are missing of him. Our hologram technology is better than that, so i don't see it as a hologram recording at all, i imagine superbeings would have better than grainy old crappy holograms. i always thought it was some kind of transportation thingy. Who knows.

@NoxWord...yeah, maybe David says "does the suit make my ass look big?" during this scene. like i said in the other thread, if im having my company do stuff that i dont want people to know about, than im not going to include it on the website, am I?
