Well it does not make much sence.....
I think that is the listing on the CD and not the order the tracks play in the movie.
I would think like Invitation would be near the begining and Birth that could be the Shaws Baby scene or related track.
R.I.P Sox 01/01/2006 - 11/10/2017

In addition to the tracks not being in time order, it is possible that some may be themes that are repeated when certain characters are involved...a bit like "Imperial March" from the Star Wars Movies.
This is a really interesting find though.
Thanks

"Hammerpede"
I have these visions of David8 dancing into the cavern wearing baggy pants when it appears, and singing..."STOP.......Hammerpede". Then a bit more dancing and as the crew member reaches towards it, him cutting in with "Can't touch dis".
Oh MC David...you were soooo right....

HoneyBadger's comments on 23, 24, & 25 are very sobering.
When I first looked at the titles for those tracks I was thinking more along the lines:
23. A historical context of how life evolves in the universe. Again because Ridley Scott has already stated that this movie is all about creation. Maybe the creation scene comes in the end. Maybe.
24. Within the temples a more significant message and deeper message is found. A more "ultimate" creator who may not be as malicious as the space jockey.
25. We see the birth of life on another planet far away in the universe who may bring more hope.
Then I read HoneyBadger's comment, and I say to myself, "Czelaya, you're OVERTHINKING and making this movie to grandiose." That's my biggest problem with all this anticipation. Those comments that HoneyBadger's makes on tracks 23-25 are simple, not over analyzed, make perfect sense, and tie in with Alien perfectly.
Must remember not to over think.

Oh boy oh boy oh boy oh boy... This is really exciting news. And now they finally have a name for the creature that mouth rapes Milburn.

Can someone promise to post on the forum when track previews become available!
I am not hugely familiar with this composers work - hope it lives up to the rest of the scores produced for the Alien films - and better than the one for Alien Resurrection!
Am a huge fan of movie scores - Jerry Goldsmith's work on Alien (which he famously fell out with Ridley Scott over) is mysterious and primal; James Horner's work on Aliens (especially the complete score - available on iTunes) is simply epic; Elliot Goldenthal's work on Alien 3 is again very primal and gothic (the score for Ripley's suicide is stunning) but less said about John Frizzel's work on Alien Resurrection the better - except for the score for the evacuation of the ship, the score is complete rubbish - I hope this composer (Marc S..whatever!) does a better job with Prometheus - his score for The Grey was pretty darn good so fingers crossed - a poor score can totally ruin a movie in my opinion.
On a side note - do we know who did the special effects work for the film? ILM is obviously the usual go-to team for big Hollywood movies - did they do the work here? If not, kudos to whoever did it - the effects are stunning and, from what we have seen, do not over power the film

The "pede" element of a word generally means "foot." ped-, pedi-, -pedal, -ped, -pede, etc. All mean "foot." (this is NOT the same as pedo-, which is a prefix meaning "child" or "youth.")
Ex. Centipede, Millipede, etc.
So a Hammerpede could reasonably be assumed to be something with powerful feet or legs. As the white, wormy "cobra-hugger" in the trailers seems to have neither legs nor feet, I imagine the name "hammerpede" refers to something we've not seen yet at all.
Here's another good example:
aliped (s), alipeds (pl) (nouns)
1. Wing-footed, having wings on the feet: "Alipeds, like Mercury (the Roman god that served as messenger to the other gods) and Hermes (the Greek equivalent of Mercury) were considered to be swift-footed because they had wings on their feet."
2. In zoology, having the toes connected by a membrane that serves as a wing: "Bats are known as alipeds or cheiropterous (hand-wing) animals."

8. Too Close - OOPS dont touch the asshugger!!!
9. Try Harder - Holloway cant get it up bac at the ship?
10. David - he has plans
11. Hammerpede - he creates big hammer monster with legs
12. We were right - but maybe oh so wrong

Yep - no idea what any of this means..although I will say...if there is some semblance of chronological order here...Im not happy that the croissant prometheus sandwich appears to be a pivotal scene near teh end of teh film
