Anyone considered this ish!?
EDIT**
It's obvious that sir Ridley and Lindelof have been lying to us about many other things, so what if they're lying about the ship on LV426 as well?
From all the trailers and spots we've seen, it appears as if Noomi might be the only survivor ... so what if her survival in itself is the link to 'Alien'

She's on the ground when the croissant falls, so she couldn't possibly be the pilot.
Ridley Scott will eventually tell us how the Queen was born.
Right now we have the Deacon; coming soon the Mercury, the May and the Taylor.

More than that, if the ship falling is indeed the 'Juggernaught' come 'Derilict' and it is already 'crashing down' upon the ground then how on 'Earth' does it seemingly 'jump the gap' and end up upon that rise of jagged, rocky outcropping along that ridge apparantly upon the 'verticle' and in a 'slumped down' position?

Look, I don't mean to be rude, but this has got to be the dumbest theory I've seen yet. And I've seen some doozys. Like I said, I don't mean to be rude, but you're really grasping at straws here.

"Is it dead this time?" "I dunno, poke it with this stick and see."

And I know being staff and all it's a bit unprofessional of me to have said that in the first place, and I REALLY don't mean for it to be rude or have a go at your intelligence @These Things Aint Ants, Man, really I don't, but it just feels like people are seeing things that have been released so far and gone off into some really bizarre directions with it, I think I'm getting to the point where, as a staff member, I have to be here everyday and keep an eye on pretty much every thread that gets started, and maybe another staff member can confirm this, but I feel like it's started to burn my brain out a little. I'm a HUGE sci-fi fan, but I'm also quite detective-like and look at things scientifically at the same time, in other words I try to piece together something from what little solid data I have before I make a decision one way or another about, well, anything, really. So some of the theories we're seeing my detective mind is just dismissing almost immediately, because a lot of it just doesn't seem plausible when all the data we have so far is assembled.....

Again, I agree with you Cypher.
Although some fans who are not as hardcore as others are coming to this late, a simple amount of common sense seems to be lacking. For example, and no offence to the member who started the thread, the other day there was a thread asking who the blue guy was that everyone was referring to. A simple search using the key words "blue guy" would have brought up countless threads about, who we now suspect to be the engineer/Space Jockey. Repeat threads are one thing but then there are the questions/statements that some members are throwing around. Another example being a thread claiming the saucer ship at the waterfall was a spinning Derelict/Juggernaut.
Like Cypher I am not slandering peoples intelligence, but these past few weeks this site is getting swamped with new threads, most of which are questions, repeat threads or peoples opinion, with very few of them actually being intelligent discussions/theories. This is pushing those few good threads off the recent discussions list and into obscurity.
