Shaw is aware that the creature is lose, she is going though the ship with an AX, she looks through the glass window and sees the tentacle, ( we have seen this shot a thousand times) At that moment the SJ comes through the corridor door and begins to attack her. Thats when the side door opens and big baby tentacle wraps up and attacks the Blue guy. She escapes, the ship. She Tells Janek to chase after the Juggernaut and destroy it, along with the creature and the Blue guy. I think a damaged David is helping Weyland enter the suit on the chair and trying to drive the Juggernaut back to Earth.
