That actual article is a Tech's wet dream right there. Was a quality read into the technicalities of the 3D shoot and the post processing

Yeah its pretty cool. The article also confirms David's [i]'injury'[/i], and I think the image of the Planet is from the title card sequence (earth being terraformed).

http://electronicdesign.com/content/content/73934/73934-Fig6.jpg This picture is of a Mackie loudspeaker being mic'd by 2 isolation mics in what looks like a crew space helmet. (?) Maybe used to get the sound of the crew talking with helmets on (?)
