its actually Halloway , Fifield and Milburn in that order ...however its not exactly in that way even if some character are not developed enough ( but are still great ! )

I'd say halloway, millburn and fifield.

[size=7]Fifield, Holloway, then Milburn.[/size] Holloway is definitely in the middle because it has been presented that he is totally obnoxious and the mowhawk dude (Fifield?) is the drinker, so that leaves Milburn as the dude "not interested in his own field of science"...IMO.

Halloway is the one that appears not to care about his field of science. He said himself in one of the featurettes he is concerned about the chase and not the science.
