1. What exactly is this black goo? It's in the urns, it leaks onto the cavern floor as the urns started to ''sweat'' or ''bleed''. And the crew ''contaminated'' the air, any theories?
2. When exposed to this materia, Holloway seems to decay very quickly while Fifield mutates into an almost unstoppable, violent ape-man. Why did he become hostile?
Nothing explains the effect of their infection and they're both dead before we even begin to understand.
3. After Vickers torches Holloway, why doesn't anyone question what she did? Nobody cared! Hell, Janek lost a fellow crew member and then he wants to f... her? Like everything is forgotten!? She's evil, do they even know that already?
4. Speaking of forgetting, Shaw lost her lover but she seems to get over it very quickly, and decides to cooperate with David, who was not only responsible to Holloways death but obviously didn't care about Shaw's condition during the impregnation, and sedated her! Why/how/when did she change her mind?
(Also, when Shaw meets Peter Weyland, she's doesn't seem that surprised at all imo, and she even follows him and the rest of the crew back into the ship, without questioning his plans!)
5. LV-223 was only a home for military experiments like Janek said. Who was responsible for making these experiments? Weyland or the Engineers? And what pissed the Engineers off in the first place? What did Weyland do on that planet prior to the events of the mission?
6. As a conclusion; David infects Holloway, why?
Holloway mate with Shaw and she is sedated by David. What were they planning to do with her and was this all part of the plan? To extract that not-so-cute creature from her belly?
This movie gives me a headache... I'm still disappointed but if somebody could help me understand, then maybe I could start to appreciate this movie more.
