http://browse.deviantart.com/?order=5&q=prometheus#/d51zgw8 ^ That just popped up on dA a little while ago. Not having seen it I can't tell, maybe you guys can help, is that what it looks like? I recognize the pointed head, but for all the emphasis on its jaws I don't see anything odd. Also, Blood said it had a tail. If the image thing works at all, here's my attempt at embedding it. If that's the proto alien then I'm not scared it better be because it's a pencil drawing, it looks like something out of a terry Pratchett novel !

yeah and it appears literally in the last minute of the movie, it looks exactly like that but without the tubes out of the spine

Yeah, that's pretty close to the real deal. It's missing some details and the proportions of the head are a little off, but they definitely got a rough idea. Nice find! I'm hoping Fox will release the concepts of the Alien creatures in the film for us to post up.

Hello Went to see Prometheus yesterday. Had a tear in my eye at the end. Trying to think back on the alien at the end. Blue/green colour? and sure it had an inner jaw too....popped out just as it was snarling at the end.......inner jaw of sorts. Seemed to have the xeno rib cage. Gary
