Best character in film

Easy Butler Fassbender.... His opening sequence alone, very Blade Runnery. Then the rest wake up!

Fifield... mutated. He doesn't say much but lets his fists do the talking.

David by a huge margin. I think the scene where he is scanning shaw and makes it clear he indifferent to her situation is chilling!

Actually I enjoyed Fifield. They could have done more with him. A good mix of character ingredients. Aggressive but not brave, obnoxious. I thought the actor pulled it off really well.

I agree with you all I Did enjoy his part. The movie would have been extra worse if he wasn't in it.

The best character in the film was the giant squid near the end. Because it had no lines, so couldn't spoil it any more than the crew.
