Xeno from Engineer/Female connection?

Just something to ponder after reading another thread here. Something that has been STARING me and you all in the face ,but I have only just copped it. From looking at the engineers,they seem to be the creators/supreme beings.Now the interesting bit,as they are the creators of the humans/xenos etc.,what I have "Seen" of these engineers is that they all look the same . I am only thinking out loud here but as a supreme being they may be above procreation etc,due to their nature,or simply create more of them. Nowwww the interesting bit, if they had created a xeno in their own world and had "control" over it within reason and worshipped it etc as it was the way they wanted it.But because a female human interacted with the process and added something into the mix that had not been there previously I.E. female traits of reproduction etc. eggs etc. In Alien however long the ship was there and even though the alien died over time her eggs remained. Skip to Prometheus,we are all assuming that something Xeno has come out of the engineers leading to their demise,but have we seen eggs anywhere? I have been filling in a lot of blanks here over the last few days,but this one was blindingly obvious. This Xeno is probably the first that has female etched into its creation allowing it to create offspring??
