Probably an app for that. I'm guessing they use the cloud, and they probably change the password after one of the facilities is breached. :)

And then it killed them. It didn't close off the door to prevent an infected Holloway entering, the same way it did to prevent the last Engineer in the rush to the temple.

Inqusitor Trmayne....Interesting observations...If hive mentality, why the lanugage between them when david activates the ship for the first time and you can hear them speaking. BTW, I saw this with captions in the theater and thats how I know.. HH...that would mean that they have a defective system of quarantine or the proper one wasnt riggered or what happend ccuaght them completely off guard

I beleive when adventuring like Indiana Jones did that questions and statments come normal...Adventure brings it out. for that reason, Ridleys movie is a success

I think we see the Engineer database in action when all the graphics are shifting above the sleeping engineer. The graphics shift from star-system to star-system (when it stops at SOL, David plucks out the Earth and gazes at it in wonder). At this point, the display collapses and the engineer wakes up. Translation? These visitors are from SOL/Earth.

Every time they visit a star system in my opinion they immediately log it into the computer data base. So that way its there when they need to go back to it sometime at a later date to analyze for mutations or evolutions. If they are 'scientists/gardeners' of the universe it makes sense to do so. I dont think they have a 'hive' mind they are individuals because if we are them and they are 'us' then why even have a hive mind. Their primates like us humans and they definately have a social group just like us.
