deacon screach = screach in tunnel before engineers start running

When David activated the first hologram, the very first thing is the scream and it sounds exactly like the deacon's scream from the end of the movie. I think each area in the temple and/or ship has its own dedicated recordings, so I think each hologram are not in sequence, but just a hologram in that specific area. Also I noted that when the engineers started running, the 4th one fell down to his/her knees, with a few others running right behind him/her but then the scene switch to David w/1st, and 2nd engineer running threw David. The engineer that fell was then the last one trying to get to the door and I notice he/she fell to their knees again, then fell forword getting it's head cut off. The engineer's head was surely infected. Regarding why they were all wearing their flight suits could it be that they were possibly loading the Juggernauts up with the payload of black goo before their run to destroy earth. Last but not least, I hope in the DVD/Blu-Ray they have a hugh section about the Engineers, I think they are so kool, more so than any xeno, facehugger, and character in all the Alien movies..... Also just need to throw this in, but when David talks to the awaken Engineer, that look he gives David speaks volumes to me, as if: We are not your creators, we are your destroyers, that's how I read, may be wrong, but man that look still sticks in my head, which is still attached btw lol

Deacon can be many things...new alien...ancestor...proto-Alien...or even only result in the chain of events (black goo + Holoway + Shaw = Cuddles + Engineering = Deacon) like a colateral monster , a new branch perhaps, product of the circumstance.

In addition to the mural may be the design plane, or a representation of the Classic Alien, then perhaps the Deacon is not an ancestor after all ... who knows.

The Mural shows the Deacon protoxeno or the Alien, but behind it is tyhe shape of Cuddles.. and to the bottom right (Hollaway's last glimpse after the tomb comment he makes) you can cleary see a shape exactley like Giger's first designs for the Hugger!

But this could prove that the aliens are ancient creatures after all. unless of course that only concerned the design of the proposed biological weapon.

So then anybody can confirm if screaches are the same ? I guess nobody knows if there is maybe a schematic for the pyramid and the ships as well as how they connect to each other.
