Dont know if its on there but I thought it was some way of activating the panel. If it were does that mean you need to carry a bucket of goo around - hmmm stupid. But yer like Cypher says it was all to ambiguous so it could be anything :( ...

GREEN POOP! Just makes me think of the Milburn line (aftyer ford comments that the water should be frozen, Milburn replies "Maybe it's Alien Piss!"
Yes frighteningly ambiguous.. it will (without the much needed sequal) become a "Finger-Trap" of a movie... as we all pull to find answers, all we get is further questions! The very Nature of life? Is that the point?

It is curious that the feel and aroma of the slime were the first two analytical programs David used,
Wouldn't you think that an android as advanced (in our view) as David is he could analyzes the slime's chemical compounds and micro=organisms..on the spot?
In 'Forbidden Planet' Robby ingested and quicky analyzed the whiskey. Within seconds promptly informed the cook he could make as many gallons as required!
