Necronom4: Of course! It eats something gets a huge amount of gas lets it out and we hear a huge noise like when someone smashes a balloon and the power of that makes it possible for it to move.
I imagine that the farts of a Chestburster are partially made out of acid. Acid farts but I guess that they will leave some marks which makes it easier to find it unless the marks disappear like when you use bleach to remove paint. This probably means that their guts must have something that makes it impossible for the acid to destroy them.
