Now for Bichir

I think maybe the Sideburns check out, but Ears seem different and also hairline does not look as receded as Bichir has

Only image i have thats as good as i can find...

I think as we only see the left side of the back pack its hard to tell, but the top of it does match with Mystery guy.... but then it appears that the Trousers and Jacket seems a darker color on Bichir

If i am trying to logically look at it then i guess it has to be BICHIR after all....

But the Ears dont match for me.

Bichir Ears Fold backwards rather than in..

Also Hair is darker for him, so who knows.... i think Logically it has to be him... but its hard to tell

Im pretty sure it's Franco. Remember the pre-Christmas promo photo leading up to the trailer. There was an advance party in the dark, weapons drawn, beside a vehicle with lights

My guess is Franco leads an advanced party down to the planet (being captain). Shit hits the fan, they go missing.

Second party is what we see in the trailer. This makes the Daniels comment to Crudup make sense (we don't know what the helm is out there). 

Hell breaks loose, Daniels finds Franco post, but he dies saving her.

I can't see it being Rigby as the mystery man and Daniels see the drop ship explode in the trailer, so a baby neomorph is already there.

Doesnt appear to be Bichir.

the hair- well, Franco felt ill before cryo. He could have cut his hair after cryo as part of trying to feel better.

I gotta put my money on Birchir- when you go to IMDB and scroll from that mystery man shot and a couple more over to the arm wrestle Birchir is seen from behind and the dark short hair with the ears seems like a match- the backburster guy's ears go out a little more when Birchir's are closer to his head and short dark hair.  Plus he wins the arm wrestle with his guy easily maybe it's foreshadowing he's a strong character - the mayor in the show Weeds!

What if Franco's cryochamber indeed has a problem, and starts burning, but Walter saves him, giving him those sideburns also the hair gets burned so they give him a haircut something like spider-man 3 but not that exagerated.

After studying this(a lot)...It really looks closer to Rigby than anyone else. I throughly am baffled because it wouldn't fit into the timeline that we have come up with on this website.

Damnnnnnn. Just when I thought I had this thing figured out...

looks of the picture id say whoever it is would possibly be under 6ft tall anyway as he if pretty close to daniels and he doesn't seem to be that much taller than she is. do we know her height and the other male actors heights? they look like they r surrounded or in the process of being surrounded. the male is clearly aiming at something and daniels has her gun pointed in one direction but her attention is focused somewhere else. suggests to me big trouble is coming from all around them

The ears maybe look a little like each other at this angle, its hard to tell as the Mystery Man is one Peach of a Angle, you could not ask for a more Ambiguous Shot with Specific Lighting.

Hair seems a bit more curly than Bichir's its lighter too but that can be put down to lighting.... Hair matches Rigby's color and his is curly a bit but then the Mystery Man seems to have more short hair at the bottom than Rigby but the image is so hard to make out and Rigbys hair could be combed/slicked back so that it looks like this?

Here is best back shot i could get that shows how his hair can look short from behind.

I think only way is to try and measure the proportions and how his head features line up.....  size of jaw in relation to forehead in relation to ears etc etc.

To me the Hair does not 100% Match Bichir.....

But who knows with the lighting... i think its hard to judge on clothes too as Birchir seems to be wearing a more dark blue/green but again the shots of him are in dark and cant get a good resolution to make a comparison.

The Jacket and Trousers in color and style are a 100% Match for Rigby though...

So the Mystery Deepens.....

When trying to RULE OUT RIGBY

We have to consider the following...

1)This shot would have to be after Hell Breaks out, i cant see any reason for Daniels to have her Gun out and look worried unless they have encountered a Xenomorph or Ultramorph or something else...   regardless of which... Rigby gets infected and if they saw a Xeno first or something else then surely they would had dealt with him better as far as Quarantine etc.

Logically this has to be after the Back Burster and Rule out Rigby.

2) Height... Waterstone is 5ft10 "  Bichir is the same and so is Franco, and the imagine in question while Daniels is a bit in the foreground and looks a inch or so smaller, her knees seem more bent... i would assume these are similar size which is why i wondered if it could be Franco.

Benjamin Rigby looks a good 6ft 1" in the Last Supper shot but its hard to tell as they are all not standing the same distance from the Camera.

MY CONCLUSION?

It looks like Rigby from behind, a lot points to it being him apart from Height and also well surely this happens after Hell breaks out and we have to assume Rigby is the first casualty

I have completely ruled everyone else out.... unless

*Ridley Scott has Wardrobe Malfunctions.

*Crew leave and depart twice and thus change clothes.

*Franco recovers and has his hair cut shorter and his stumble trimmed down etc.

This only leaves (despite looking like Rigby) BICHIR (despite clothing different color)

The only other Option would be Matt Scaletti

Hair texture is a match, height is a match, ears look similar but i have not managed to find a from behind shot of him, he does have some Moles/Beauty Spots on his cheek near eye and near his eye and on his neck to the right side.

But the Mystery Man Angle would hide these...

I find no reason for why there should even be Scaletti not mentioned in the Last Supper Crew or even shown in the Trailer at all...

Unless...

1) He was awoken after as a rescue crew..

2) Was part of a previous crew...

The latter would maybe fit Daniels as she finds the Dog Tags but this could be explained by the crew splitting up at some point too.

The only other Explanation for Scaletti or a yet unnamed cast member would be this...

Remember this shot with the Code?

There was only One Logical way this worked out, and its like over a 3 day Period.. and seems to hint that another crew went down first...

After reading your post, I started thing...so I went back and pull up pics on Matt Scaletti. He meets all the criteria and his height is about 5'9" to 5-10" so he meets the scale.

Just trying to fit him in the storyline.

great attention to detail- the proximity of ear to hair and angle may have swayed me in your direction...

One thing about it, Matt does have more than a passing resemblance to Rigby. What got me thinking was the texture of his hair...

It's full on Vidal Sassoon... Scalletti on left/Rigby on right...

It's close, but the hairline and texture is pushing me towards Scaletti...

Great Photos by the way, and shows they do look close as far as head shape and structure only eye color and eye shape is a bit different and nose a bit different but they are close..

The chin is the biggest difference, slightly and the Moles.... but the Mystery Man Shot is such a angle that if it was either of these guys you would not be able to tell.

Height wise i have found out apparently Rigby is 6ft 1" and Scaletti 5ft 11"

I will have to say while it looks like Rigby the only reason for this is a general rule out this guy and that, and so i was left to a few guys which the shot in the new landing scene shows its not Walter, which i doubted anyway....

So i always felt it looked like Rigby but could not be... so i wondered was it Franco or Scaletti..... despite the leaks..

But since the Last Supper Post it makes me doubt it could be Franco.... unless he has hair cut etc.....  and then where the hell is Scaletti

I think while it looks like Rigby due to clothing and how Bichirs looked darker, indeed this has to be a scene when things have already gone bad and after most of the crew are dead... so it cant be Rigby...

The only guy who we have on the IMDB Cast that could fit the bill who we have not seen yet and who would match the Height would be Scaletti

But i am now learning more to it actually being..

If the clothing is just due to light sauces.... but then i would assume he is the one who gets Throat Busted?

So who knows... i think after looking in a bit more detail and thanks for the debate to help look at stuff i am now..

35% Bichir, 30% Scaletti, 20% Rigby, 5% Franco and 10% someone else who has not been on cast yet

New Trailer clears a few things up ;)

Also i was meant to post a few days ago.. wish i did.. that the shot in Trailer before when they came down the ramp there was one person i thougt was Crudup in the background...  but then latter he has different coat...

The new shot of them coming down the ramp shows Crudup in same clothes he did in other shots... so this made me wonder who the hell is this guy

It was going to be my next MYSTERY Analysis....

New Trailer however confirms its a She... and also rules out Bichir as the Mystery Man in my Post..
