First confirmed footage of Shaw

Not really great with editing and only have a basic program but when i placed the images over each other it does kind of match.

I think its not by any coincidence that this has to be Dr Shaw

@SteveRogers1973 I agree. I believe that Shaw either died or was killed by David shortly after arrival at Paradise or during the trip itself. 

Fassbender did say that there was some mutual respect between them, he referred to their relationship as like a Marriage.

I would suspect they formed a bond, but then something maybe happened between this time period?

Would Shaw had agreed or ordered the Destruction of any Engineers, at least not without knowing their intentions first?

And

What Basis does David have to conduct experiments and does he require Shaw in some part for his Experiments?

I have listened to the trailer a handful of times-  I definitely hear someone singing Take me Home in a female voice.  It could always be a different scene with another female character signing.   

Maybe her singing at the controls is her trying to calm her nerves and get a grip on herself in the face of desperation and horror while she tries desperately to pilot the ship away and escape...the voice sounds normal but you ca catch of twinge of emotions and sadness in it...but maybe thats just me hearing that lol

Ripley sing "Lucky Star" in the movie Alien in a similar fashion toward the end to calm her nerves and deal with what she is facing

AAAAllllllsssssooo....it is very blurry and the person at the controls could very well be David controlling the ship, because its more acceptable to me that he is able to control the ships and not her due to him being advanced.

This tv spot might be a curve ball by Fox and Ripley, where they are showing us a hologram of David controlling the ship while the covenant crew looks on....while they lay an audio track of a tortured or hurt, mutated, suffering Shaw over the top to throw us off.

You can clearly hear a female voice muttering along with a few lines of the song, and its most likely her. I could see her being confined or in some horrid situation where she has all but given up hope and in her horror and hopelessness to her situation that David has put her in sings a song like this....i think it would be very dramatic on screen, just sayin'

I agree that it's Shaw humming the Take Me Home" tune, and that she was trying to get out of there. This would explain why the Juggernaut is crashed despite David's mastery of Engineer tech - it wasn't David at the wheel.

it does make you wonder though - why would shaw want to pilot that thing back to earth when she made Janek and Co. crash into the other one at the end of Prometheus? She's already demonstrated her willingness to sacrifice herself and others to keep death from getting earth. If she is indeed trying to fly it home, she must be pretty sure that the payload is innert. Which it might be, if David had, say, dropped all of it on the Engineers and turned them into monsters (which is another reason to want to get the hell out of there in the first place). Also, sneaking away to the pilot's chamber would be pretty easy to do with David gloating on the ramp below.

Someone with better audio manipulation skills than me might be able to check this, but I just recorded and played the audio backwards (#EMOHEMEKAT may be a clue to reverse the clip, since it's 'take me home' backwards). Anyway, it sounds like a female (Shaw?) whispers something and it really sounds like she says 'please' when you play if backwards. I could well be hearing things, but it does sounds like that.

Anybody else notice how (my girlfriend) Dr. Elizabeth Shaw's arms don't move from their open/outstretched position ? Can we consider that maybe she's tied down in this sequence ?

It's possible that David tied her down to where she couldn't leave the chair but still had enough mobility to steer the vessel.

Dave, in this gif you posted it looks as if Shaw is sitting on David's knee, with his arms below and behind helping to manipulate hers!

Perhaps that's how they control the Juggernaut, a funny symbiosis?

The more I look at the stills and the GIFs the more I get the feeling that something is wrong with the person shown. 

Especially the mouth looks "off". But maybe that's just me.

could very well be shaw. just thinking, has david convinced her during their travels that the best thing for humanity is to wipe out the engineers? does she assist david in dropping the goo or does david assist shaw?
