New footage shown at screenings?

Ok so apparently i have heard word now that they showed some lengthy neomorph footage at some of the alien day movie screenings at some theaters...including the mouth burster scene, supposedly.......

Anyone can verify? Hopefully someone caught it and can upload it ?

One thing I don't understand is how either of those poor crew members are alive before those things burst out of them.

I mean their internal organs must have been shredded to hell way before they actually died, gah! lol

And why is it they make the glass on a secure medbay door, not to mention cockpit window, so weak?
