Unsurveyed planet but why? Potential Spoiler Alert

In the trailer The Crossing, Shaw plots a destination point. At first glance this just seems a straight forward shot until closer inspection. There are one or two theories that would point to this being the Engineers home world, but is it? Is it the destination for the Covenant? Since we don’t yet know at what point in the movie this is shown I guess it could leave things open for now.

What I find strange about this shot is that the star chart shows a point that would appear unsurveyed by the Engineers. Is there something the Engineers themselves want to hide about this location?
