Hi,

So, I was lucky to attend a screening today. As a life long Alien fan and a fan of Ridley as a director I have followed this film for years. As I did with Prometheus.

I´m frustrated. I´m really frustrated.

I don`t wanna say more. The film look and feel great, but I have no idea what they want to do with this.

I think Prometheus was better.

But go see it. Thanks for this site, love it.

It really isn't a good action thriller.

If you thought Prometheus was amazing then you might like it.

But I have to agree about the leaky plot and complete lack of tension. A bit of body horror but The Thing (original) and Alien did it better.

I thought the acting and dialogue were poor also.

Ridley Scott used to be my favourite director. Alien, Blade Runner, Black Hawk Down, Gladiator, Kingdom of Heaven. So varied and talented, such use of light.

Now I hope he's just cashing in quickly before he retires instead of going demented or something.

A great shame we lost Neil Blomkamps film for this.
