I will do the usually corned beef, spuds, cabbage thing.
You know the drill SciFied- Assholes and elbows!
It doesn't have to be Alien but should relate to both sci fi and St Patrick's Day in a loose and silly way. Here is an example:

Absynthe- Tried it. Seemed like super charged cold medicine at 5 times the price. Anise fans might like it. Maybe I got a bad batch.
