SF movie recommendation app?

Hey everyone,

Me and my friends are working on an app where movie lovers could get recommendations from other people with similar taste in movies and TV shows.

We think AIs and algorithms can be a lot better and in the meantime we just thought it would be nice to get a movie recommendation from a kindred film spirit instead of a robot.

What do you think? Should we develop our idea further?
