remember that this "leaked plot " had all the "sure" facts wrong ...wrong actors , wrong actors names ( and there was no need to put them ), wrong situations and a guy that have said to have made it for fun ...he did wrote From IMDB: "...thought I'd try my hand at putting together my own plot summary based on what little we know and what I can see happening." ...so guys the star beast plot is fake ( of course thats dont mean that everything is wrong , we do speculations too )

The Star Beast could still be a part of Prometheus, If so I think it will be something completely original. OT - If any Star Wars fans have played "The Force Unleashed" they might know what im talking about. The main character in those games is called "Starkiller". In an early draught for Star Wars, Luke Skywalker was known as Luke Starkiller. What i'm trying to say is that old ideas can always be brought back to the table and looked at again, possibly to become something completely new.

i hope not spartan ..that will be a bit too star trek to me . maybe he is a scientist that along some mercenaries and technicians meet a gruesome fate and that story is told with flashbacks ...maybe the prometheus is the second ship ..and wilson was on the Magellan , a ship that met a sad fate . i think the word "cocooned " is tied with the image of Dallas and PArker we have well in mind . I wonder from where IMDB got that definition .

IMO, I dont think the "cocooned man" is anything to do with any of the characters from Alien, reason being is that Prometheus is set before Alien. I also dont think that he will play any major role in the film, then again I could be wrong.

i think that when she said" im the heart "she dont mean she is the core ( even if probably she is ) but that she rappresent the emotional part , the sentiments over the brain . Maybe someone else is the muscles ( pearce ? elba ? marshall green ? ) someone other is the brain ( fassbender ? theron ? )

I'm pretty Sure Elizabeth Shaw is set to be the main character in the film. The way Ridley Scott "unveils" her in the comic con interview got me thinking on that and after reading the article I previously posted. OT - Researching this film has now become an obsession for me, as a life long Alien fan, there were always certain questions I wanted answering about the franchise and hopefully Prometheus will answer at least some of them. I wonder if FOX will do a viral marketing campaign? It will be like Cloverfield all over again if they do.

True. Most importantly for me though is something that comes to mind every time i watch an Alien film, "Who or what is that thing in the giant chair from Alien?"

Perhaps it is another double entendre like when Scott said the movie will contain alien DNA. Maybe they will rip her heart out and use it for something. : )

Like I said in an earlier post, I think Space Jockey/Engineer + Human = Xenomorph. How's this for a new theory, perhaps one of the characters punishment for "stealing the gods fire" is that they become the pilot of the derelict/protector of the eggs? Just a thought.

I think its being done on purpose just to tease the fans. IMO, FOX knows how popular the leaked trailer was (who probably leaked it themselves) and want to see how us fans respond to the delay.

trailer probably isn't ready yet. they're just using the leaked trailer as an excuse. many companies do this btw.

Aren't these leakers usually outed in the media? If secrecy clauses are being signed then surly anyone who breaks them will be made an example out of / penalised / kicked off production? I've had a good look around the internet and cant find anything of such description which makes me think even more that the leak was actually controlled by FOX.

This so called leaked trailer has certainly not done any harm...it is a very clever marketing ploy.......actually quite brilliant.....bet they gonna hold of on the official trailer...their might be more so called leaks in the future.....and why is the sound quality so much better than the visuals....if it was taken by a cell....why is their no interference from the crowd whom actually saw it......one has to wonder?

ROFL I work with Seniors, and they love to live vicariously through me and my stories and my likes and dislikes. I have been raving about this film for months to them and how excited I am about it, and how excited I was about the leaked trailer. Would you believe it that three of the residents ranging in age from 85~92 years of age said that they think that the movie studio leaked the trailer themselves. Seriously, I am with them... If someone that age thinks that, it has to be real!!

Thanks for posting Rick, you're absolutely right. If you have not pasted an image URL in the space under the image, then it will appear as a blank space under the current picture. However, if you have already added a new profile pic and wish to change it, you simply replace the current URL with that of the new image. For changes to take place you need re-enter your current password or type a new one as well. Then click "UPDATE". However, I will try to upgrade the design for the update profile page to make this process easier. Thanks for the feedback!

Also, ensure your image URL has the correct file extension, (ie. ".JPG", ".PNG", ".GIF", etc...) or the URL will render useless. We may implement an "upload from your computer" feature, but this current method saves us a lot on bandwidth.

You can use a facebook picture. If you have firefox it is easy just go to your photo then right click on it and then click "view image" from the menu. This should take you to a page with just your picture on it. Copy the url from the address bar from that page.

No Problem always around to help. Confirmed Facebook Pictures Don't Work. - Unless you have Firefox Edit Box only needs a little white outline so people know where to paste the link. LOL We've been using the site for so long, we sometimes overlook the little things we've become acustomed to.

Well no you just have to find the actual URL. I use to do it in IE but I don't recall how right off the bat. EDIT: To get the direct URL from a facebook picture using Internet explorer. Go to your picture and right click on it then select properties. From the properties pop up box copy your pictures location from the URL after where it says "Address"
