Following the exciting unearthing of Alien 5 concept art earlier today by Geoffrey Thoorens comes another, even more exciting discovery! While browsing Thoorens' official website, another piece has been discovered suggesting Neill Blompkamp's Alien 5 might have featured a Hive War!
The following official concept art shows two Alien Queens, one under fire by either Weyland-Yutani security detail or the film's Mercenaries. Never have there been 2 Queens that coexisted in the same Hive, proto-Queens, known as Praetorians would act as royal guards to the Queen and could molt into a Queen if the Queen was ever killed. However, never would two Queens share the same Hive. Thus we can safely assume in Blompkamp's Alien 5, we would have seen two competing Alien Hives attack one another.... Or....

... We speculate that Weyland-Yutani might have been trying to weaponize and control the Xenomorphs. We knew this was their goal since their discovery of LV-426 (and prior) and so perhaps in Alien 5 we would have seen Weyland-Yutani pit a Human-controlled group of Xenomorphs against a natural Xenomorph Hive to test to see how they could be used for combat as well as a means of eradicating other Xenomorph Hives on prospective planets.
UPDATE: After further examining the photo, it appears the second Queen is actually Ripley (we assume) in a Xenomorph Praetorian suit! Take a look:
