Prometheus inspired Alien creatures in Aliens: Fireteam Elite unveiled!

Prometheus inspired Alien creatures in Aliens: Fireteam Elite unveiled!

Aliens: Fireteam have debuted a few of the Prometheus inspired Alien creatures players will encounter when playing the online shooter. These Pathogen enemies, a direct link to the Black Goo bio-former witnessed in Ridley Scott's Alien prequels come in a variety of shapes and sizes with a variety of unique abilities. Check out the ones officially revealed so far!

Pathogen enemies will quickly rush at your fireteam and surround you if you’re not cautious. Popper explosions can stack up even faster than your average acid blood shower, and when a Stalker's in the mix their camouflage can quickly lead to unpleasant surprises.

There have been documented cases of some unknown factor inducing rapid changes to local animal life on settled exoplanets – both native species and those imported from Earth. The 6-legged camouflaging Leon-895 has certainly changed significantly.

It's great to see the team at Creative Assembly having drawn so much from Prometheus and Alien: Covenant. We can't wait to see what other inspirations they have in store for us!

Aliens: Fireteam Elite arrives next month, August 24th, 2021 on PlayStation 5, PlayStation 4, Xbox Series X, Xbox One or Steam! Pre-order your copy today!
