The Daily Mail are reporting that Sir Ridley Scott is currently scouting film locations in Australia for the highly anticipated, and highly secretive, Prometheus 2! Scott was sighted arriving in Australia yesterday morning and was also sighted taking a VIP tour of 20th Century Fox's Studio lot in Sydney.
The Daily Mail says: "Sir Ridley Scott arrived at Sydney airport on Wednesday to begin a 'secret project' which we now know is Prometheus 2"
It's also possible Scott could be scouting locations for another highly anticipated sequel he's currently attached to, the Blade Runner sequel! During this interview from September, 2012, Scott refers to a scene in the sequel he wants to shoot, which takes place on a vast farmland and great plains.
Either way, whatever Ridley Scott is up to, it's very secretive for the moment. However, with Prometheus 2 projected to begin filming this fall, it is likely the filming scout is indeed for Prometheus 2, as the Daily Mail suggests.
