It was the Alien Queen in Aliens I believe. When Ripley comes out in the powerloader to protect newt from the queen, she screams "get away from her you bitch" if im correct, there was a reply to that, a kind of drawn out, hissy "bitch"

Ok, again, I think I just got it. Her Baby in Alien resurrection says But One word, we all think, to her. it is... "Mamma" as it gets sucked out the broken window after Ripley throws some Acid from her babys mouth onto it.

Two significant changes you mention? 1. did the character change sex ( in the script,pre-filming) 2. Was a character recast during filming?
